02/09: Added a detail shot

This is really my first "sci fi"/cyberish pic ever... As you can see, I definitely am lacking in this area. Recently I've felt a great need to get better in the tenbillion other areas of art that I lack in... sooooo in time I hope to improve

. Please offer assistance! Crits/comments always appreciated!

I don't know who she is, or what she's doing, but I did have fun painting it

I recommend viewing the image alone on a white background, if you have the time... Lavender does not compliment the colours in this very nicely^^;;;;.

I prefer a darker scene, and don't like much "sci fi" scenes but (this is just my opinion) ...And i think this is perfect I give +7

Neat style! I definitely like it quite a bit! One thing though...I'm really attracted to the sky in the background. It's lovely and well done...but being as saturated as it is, it draws my eye away from the figure rather than supporting it. Perhaps more color variation in the figure or less in the sky would do the trick.

It's a nice piece though...+8

I'd not make the foreground so uniformly colored (even a uniformly colored object is subject to lighting, you know), but this picture still deserves merit.

This is really excellent work, right up my street. The design and colours are great and brings everything together really nicely. I can't really bring myself to nitpick this, it's just too nice and I give it a much coverted +8

This developed really well after seeing a few of the previews in the WIPs. Contrary to what a lot of the others have suggested, I kind of like the monocromatic atmosphere that you have here. (What are those little Yellow thingies?)

You look like you really *know* how to paint, and have a knack for designing things too. The yellow things are kinda weird and I agree about the colour of the sky vs. the colour of everything else--maybe more of that orange/brown used on the figure etc? Other than that this is fantastic.

It seems to me that the lower area of the body (pelvis and hips) is a *bit* lacking in volume compared to the upper part... Compare them by looking at the pic from the navel up first, and then from the navel down. Also, the lines/grooves on the body need some more variation in brightness, so they follow the body volumes better. What do you think?
On the other hand... Excellent design and concept!

Really beautiful. I don't know why I'm liking green in paintings. For not using reference, this is wonderfully done, though I think the right hand is small. But that's just a nicpick
